Terms of taking part.

These terms are an agreement between you and Impressions (“Impressions”, “we”, “us”). By using this site, verifying an account, submitting a clip, adding a payout address or applying as a creator, you agree to them. Please read them with our privacy policy and how it works, which sets out the rules in full.

1.Who can take part

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You must follow the rules of the platforms you post on (TikTok and Instagram), including their rules on paid or rewarded content.
  • One person, one Impressions account. Extra accounts to win more of the pool are not allowed.

2.What Impressions is

Impressions pays people (“clippers”) in SOL for eligible short clips about memecoins and crypto. There are two ways to earn: the top 25 of each 3-day round, and creator campaigns.

The rounds are funded by the creator fees of the $IMPRESS token on pump.fun. 100% of those fees reach the Impressions treasury, and each round's fees are split: 70% to the clipper reward pool, 20% to buy back $IMPRESS and burn exactly the tokens bought, and 10% to Impressions for upkeep and improvements. Creator campaigns are funded separately, by each creator, from their own campaign wallet.

Taking part is free. You don't need to buy, hold or sell $IMPRESS, or pay anything.

3.Your account

  • You sign in by placing a one-time code in the bio of your TikTok or Instagram account. That proves you control the account. Impressions never asks you to connect a wallet or sign anything with one.
  • Only verify accounts you own and control. You're responsible for what happens through your account.
  • Keep your social accounts secure: anyone who can edit your bio could verify it.

4.Your clips

  • Clips must be your own public posts on TikTok or Instagram (Reels), from an account you've verified, submitted no more than 7 days after posting. Each post can be submitted once.
  • Every clip must credit the person it features in its caption (for example “credit: @creator”, their @handle or a link to their profile) and include #memecoins. Clips missing either aren't paid. Captions are re-checked automatically.
  • You must have the right to use everything in your clip, and take it down if the person featured asks.
  • Nothing misleading, hateful, illegal or sexual.
  • No botted views. Bots, bought views, view-swapping groups or any other way of faking views are forbidden. If we find it, your account is permanently banned, all of your clips are disqualified, and anything not yet paid to you is cancelled: round pool money goes back into the next round's pool, and campaign money stays in that campaign's wallet.
  • Don't present clips as financial advice or promise viewers profits.
  • You keep ownership of your clips. You let Impressions show each clip's title, thumbnail, link, caption credit and view counts on this site.

5.How rewards are paid

  • Rounds. Each round runs 3 UTC days, from 00:00 UTC on its first day to 00:00 UTC after its last. When it closes, its top 25 eligible clips split its reward pool in proportion to the views each gained during the round. If a round has funds but no eligible clips, its pool rolls over to the next round.
  • Creator campaigns. A clip whose first @handle in the caption belongs to a creator campaign earns that campaign's rate per 1,000 views for the clip's platform, worked out per UTC day and paid in SOL at the day's price. If a campaign can't cover a whole day, every clip's earnings for that day are reduced by the same fraction. Campaign earnings are paid once they reach 0.1 SOL, or when the campaign ends if they're at least 0.001 SOL.
  • Views are read from each platform's public counts. Only views gained after you submit a clip count. Live numbers on the site are estimates; the final numbers are fixed when a round (or a campaign day) closes, and every round's final snapshot is published so anyone can check it.
  • Payouts are sent in SOL on the Solana blockchain to your payout address. Round payouts under 0.001 SOL are carried until your total reaches it. A small part of each round's pool (0.00002 SOL per paid clip) is kept back for network fees; any of it the fees don't use goes to Impressions' upkeep share.
  • We may hold or cancel a payout, or mark a clip ineligible, while we look into suspected fake views, a missing credit or a breach of these terms. Unusual activity is reviewed by a person.
  • Every payout address is screened against sanctions lists before it's saved and again before each payout. We can't pay a sanctioned address.
  • You're responsible for any tax due on what you receive.
  • The size of each pool depends on trading in $IMPRESS and on creators' campaigns. It can be small or zero in any round. Nothing is guaranteed.

6.Your payout address

  • You paste your Solana address twice, to catch typos. It must be a normal wallet address, not a program or token account.
  • Each account can link one payout address, and it can't be changed from the site. Each address can belong to one account, and one address can be linked per internet connection. On a shared network you can ask for a manual review instead.
  • Check the address carefully. Blockchain payments can't be reversed, and we can't recover SOL sent to an address you entered wrongly or lost access to.
  • Never share your seed phrase or private key with anyone, including anyone claiming to be from Impressions. We will never ask for it.

7.Creators and campaigns

  • Applying as a creator is a request. We may accept or decline any application, and applying costs nothing.
  • If we accept, we open a campaign at an agreed rate per 1,000 views and give it its own campaign wallet. You fund it by sending SOL to that wallet. That SOL is used only to pay clippers for qualifying clips of you, and every payout is public on Solana.
  • Only add handles you own. Clips you post yourself never earn from your own campaign.
  • SOL owed to clippers, including earnings still building up, stays in the campaign wallet and can't be taken back. When a campaign is paused or ended, the rest of its balance can be withdrawn by our admins and returned as agreed with you.
  • We may pause or end a campaign that breaks these terms.

8.The $IMPRESS token

$IMPRESS is a memecoin on pump.fun. It isn't an investment, a share or a promise of anything. Holding it gives you no rights to Impressions' revenue, its reward pools or anything else. Its price can go up or down and it can lose all its value. Buybacks and burns are part of how the fees are used; they aren't price support or a return to holders.

9.Not financial advice

Nothing on Impressions, including clips, leaderboards or anything about $IMPRESS, is financial, investment or tax advice. Crypto is high risk. Gains shown in clips aren't typical and are no guide to what anyone will make.

10.Suspension and changes

  • We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and withhold unpaid rewards connected to the breach.
  • We may change the rules or these terms. A change never affects a round or campaign day that has already closed. We'll update the date at the top of this page, and if you keep using Impressions after a change, the new terms apply.
  • We may pause submissions or payouts, or end the programme. Rewards already final for a closed round will still be paid where we lawfully can.

11.Liability

Impressions is provided “as is”. We don't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we rely on services we don't control: the social platforms, our data provider, the Solana network and pump.fun. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, lost profits or losses from blockchain transactions, and our total liability to you is limited to the rewards we owe you. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

12.Contact

Questions about these terms, or a takedown request: the contact address we'll publish on this page.
